Tai Chi is the oldest martial art. It has many benfits, physical, psychological and spiritual:
- There are some Immediate benefits of Tai Chi practice - like a clearer and more relaxed mind. This can happen on day 1!
- Clinical studies in the US report improved balance and peace of mind after as little as eight weeks of very simple movements taken from a variety of tai chi styles.
- People report that Tai Chi practice gives them more strength, stamina and suppleness.
- Tai Chi promotes reduced stress, and an improved ability to deal with difficult situations.
